In the heart of Florida, a great duplex villa with a sea view is born, based on a unique variety of styles such as modern and neo-classic, but also contemporary modern, with a slight touch of art déco. Filled with warm and vibrant colors, this is a mega project designed by the Ukrainian studio Architecture I See You for Caffe Latte and Covet House.
